Genshin Impact
Genshin Impact 4.7 brings more Lore and a permanent game mode
Three new characters, a Dainsleif Quest, and a whole new combat domain to accompany the Spiral Abyss.
Genshin Impact released the latest Genshin Impact Special Program, which details what will come in Version 4.7, the second to last update before Natlan comes to the game.
Version 4.7 is expected to launch on June 4th. It will include three new playable characters, Story Quests for two of them, a new Quest involving Dainsleif, and many other features.
New Characters
After the 4.7 Update goes live, Clorinde (Electro-Sword) and Sethos (Electro-Bow) will become available on the Phase I Character Event Banner, and Sigewinne (Hydro-Bow) will become available during Phase II.
New Quests
After some time without Archon Quests, Dainsleif makes a comeback in this version to drop some Lore on us, as he tends to do whenever we run into him.
Clorinde and Sigewinne will have each of their respective Story Quests available once they become unlockable, Rapperia Chapter: Act I as soon as the update drops, and Nereides Chapter: Act I when Phase II starts.
New Feature
Now you'll be able to play another game mode to accompany the Spiral Abyss, the Imaginarium Theater, where you'll have to defeat tons of enemies, but you don't have complete control of which characters you are going to use.
During the Imaginarium Theater, you can only use the same character in two challenges, so be sure to strategize which challenges you might want to have a specific character out so as not to waste their uses.
New Events
In Version 4.7, a few new and familiar events are coming.
Mutual Security Enhancing Simulation
The Mutual Security Enhancing Simulation is an event similar to the "Mechanicus" events, where you prepare the arena to fight hordes of enemies, but you won't do the fighting; you'll summon different kinds of monsters to fight for you.
Endless Forms Most Martial
This event is a combat event. Players enter a special domain and defeat enemies under specific conditions, such as using the Electro-charged reaction. Otherwise, defeating them won't yield any points.
Spino Doubleblaster
The return of a minigame from the version 3.8 event, shoot balloons with a Crocodile-shaped cannon, different balloons have different effects; some might even affect you negatively instead of rewarding you.
Record of Reflective Writing
A Challenge event, gather coins and destroy training dummies; survive and gather enough coins to claim the rewards.
Other Changes
Some notable changes in terms of game optimization are the Encounter Point System will change the requirement from Adventure Rank 35 to 26, the Spiral Abyss rewards going up from 600 to 800 total (floors 9 to 12), and the Original Resin Cap increase from 160 to 200; more changes were mentioned in the Developers Discussion from May 22nd.
