Rockstar announces a trailer is coming soon, likely the next GTA

For a while now, fans have been speculating about when GTA 6 will be announced, especially since footage of early development showcasing some things that might end up in the final game was leaked.

Some of that speculation involved fans seeing things where there were none, resulting in them thinking that it would be announced during October, backing up their ideas with the fact that October was also the month when Rockstar had announced things on previous occasions; nothing related happened in October.

Then, in early November, Rockstar finally revealed that they would announce the game formally in early December. However, at the time, they didn't specify exactly when; all that could be speculated was that it would be during the Game Awards or their Anniversary, but it was neither.

As of December 1st, they have confirmed that a trailer will be released on December 5th, 2023, at 9 a.m. PT. They didn't say for what game, but it's pretty obvious; they also have stayed quiet about it being GTA 6; it might as well have a subtitle, like with Vice City, San Andreas, or Chinatown Wars.
