Risk of Rain Returns confirms November release date

Risk of Rain Returns is a remake of the original 2013 game, in which you play as a crew member who survived the crash of a transport ship; start with a s little as only your weapon and skills, gather strange items that give you powerful abilities like rocket launchers, extra jumps, a jetpack and more.

This remake brings it all back and more, with new survivors, more artifacts to customize your play session, and an overhauled multiplayer that makes for a promising experience.

Now, Hopoo Games has released the latest information on the upcoming game, revealing the release date of November 8th, exactly ten years after the original game's release.

The game will cost $14.99 with an initial 15% discount after release.

Along with the announcement of the release of the remaster, they have also confirmed the release of the expansion for Risk of Rain 2, Survivors of the Void, which has been available for the PC version for over a year and a half; it will come to the console version on the same day, November 8th, 2023.

Risk of Rain Returns will be available only on Nintendo Switch and PC through Steam on Release; whether it is coming to the rest of the consoles in the future has yet to be determined.
