The announcement was also made in English, but they didn't add the part regarding a Release date and price.
As it is mentioned in the Tweet, the PS4 version of the collection is not confirmed to release on the same date as the rest; a likely reason would be that they weren't originally planning for a last-gen version, which would also explain the lack of an Xbox One version, they started on a PS4 version because enough people asked for it.
Some speculate that the lack of interest in making an Xbox One version is because of the low interest from fans on Xbox consoles, as the sales are higher for PlayStation and Switch in comparison.
Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection includes the first three Metal Gear Solid Games, as well as the first two Metal Gear games, and extra material, such as graphic novels and the game's soundtrack, it will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC this October 24th, the PS4 version is yet to be confirmed to come out the same day.
