Genshin Impact brings a new Fatui Boss fight in Version 4.5

Hoyoverse has released the Special Program for Genshin Impact's version 4.6 update, which adds two new bosses, two new Story Quests, a new playable character, and a bunch of QOL improvements.

New Character

Version 4.6 will add Arlechino as a playable character. She is the Fatui Harbinger we meet during the Fontaine Archon Quest. Her main objective is to find a way to stop Fontaine's Prophecy while being as shady as the Fatui tend to be.

New Story

This time, we won't have a Prelude or any Main Story additions. However, we will be treated to two new Story Quests. The first, accompanying Arlecchino, will unlock a new weekly Boss. This is a significant addition, as it's the second time a non-Archon character has unlocked a new weekly Boss through their Story Quest. The second Story Quest is for Cyno, marking the second time a non-Archon character has received a second Story Quest chapter before Venti.

New Events

Iridescent Arataki Rockin' for Life Tour de Force of Awesomeness

Another Itto event, and he is bringing back the rhythm minigame with a Wind Instrument this time.

Windtrace: Seekers and Strategy

This is another Windtrace event. This time, the Rebels get two chances before being eliminated, and now they can also win by fixing all the machines, though the fixing process alerts all other players.

Specially-Shaped Saurian Search

Help a chef who just returned from a trip to Natlan. He is looking for a companion, though his idea of a companion seems to be a bit boss-sized; the event consists of fighting different bosses, but you get to set different rules to make the fight more challenging.

Vibro-Crystal Applications

Another Combat event, enter a domain with special conditions and defeat hordes of enemies; this specific event lets you chose different effects to be triggered after certain conditions are met, such as increasing attack after landing a hit, or increasing Elemental Mastery after triggering an elemental reaction.

Overflowing Mastery

In the last days of the update, receive double rewards from the Domains of Mastery (Talent Level-up Materials).

Other Changes

Version 4.6 will add a few QOL changes, such as setting the priority of quests so other quests that might be sharing a character or location do not interrupt the current one or the Treasure Compass now marking the chest on your Map. More details were shared during the Developers Discussion.
