Cyberpunk 2077 is adding Metro rides, more game mechanics, and a radio in your head
If you want, you can remove the Fast in Fast Travel in this next Cyberpunk 2077 update.

In a recent Stream, CD PROJEKT RED announced future changes that will be coming to Version 2.1 of Cyberpunk 2077, which will launch on December 5th, 2023.
Metro System
One of the major additions to the game, though seemingly useless, is the metro system; after the 2.1 update, you'll be able to ride the metro for the whole ride instead of fast-traveling to the station you want. It's worth noting that this is entirely optional, and if you choose to ride, you can still skip to the end if you get tired of waiting.
Radio everywhere
In a world where you can get implants for nearly everything, the game didn't have a portable way you could listen to music outside of your car; until now, after the update, an implant to let you listen to the radio will become available for you to get it, the only limitation is that you won't be able to use it during quests and moments where you have to stay focused.
Improved Bosses
Another change will be that bosses will be improved so they give a better challenge; in the stream, they talked specifically about Adam Smasher, who will adapt to what build you will have in the battle and how he will be slightly modified so he lives up more to the Anime version.
More vehicles, Races, and Bike combat
They will also add five new motorcycles and a new car to the game and the possibility to replay some races you did during certain quests.
While on the topic of Motorcycles, they will also make improvements to the motorcycle experience, such as the ability to throw knives and do tricks.
More things
There are more things coming to the update, such as more accessibility options, car chases, dualsense support on PC, and other things not mentioned on the stream so as not to spoil all the fun.
