The Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy includes the 4th through 6th games in the series, with only the first of them featuring Apollo as the main protagonist. The trilogy will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, though you can play it on current-generation consoles with backwards compatibility.
Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney is just like the previous games of the franchise, but with a new protagonist. The game starts like the previous trilogy, with a rookie attorney taking on a murder case; after solving the case and getting a "Not Guilty" verdict for your homeless-looking client, Apollo starts working with the Wright Anything Agency, Phoenix's law firm that changed names due to now having Trucy Wright, a magician working there. Just like Phoenix, Apollo has a special ability that helps him find the truth; whenever a witness says a lie, he can feel it with the help of his bracelet, find the signs of a liar, and seek out the truth.
Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies features multiple protagonists: Athena Sykes, another rookie attorney, Phoenix Wright, who has just returned to being an attorney since the events that took place before the previous game, and Apollo Justice, no longer a rookie but still with cords of steel. Athena doesn't have a magical item or a supernatural ability to help her; she relies on her knowledge of analytical psychology and her little robot, Gadget, to help witnesses in distress calm down and give their statements.
And finally, Phoenix Wright: Spirit of Justice, this time no rookies are defending a murder suspect, not exactly; the game features the same three protagonists, but this time Phoenix finds himself in a different land, where if the defendant is found guilty, the attorney will face the same punishment, while Apollo and Athena are still working in the regular court with no lack of extraordinary cases.
Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy will also feature the DLC from the last two games, which are an extra case for each and additional costumes, and will have six languages to choose from: English, French, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), Korean, and Japanese.
