Where to find Pokémon Scarlet DLC Paradox Pokémon
Catch Gouging Fire and Raging Bolt, the paradox versions of Entei and Raikou, respectively.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's DLC added new Paradox Pokémon to the game in the Indigo Disk part of the DLC, two based on Raikou and Entei for Scarlet and two based on Cobalion and Terrakion for Violet.
How to unlock the Paradox Pokémon
The first thing you have to do to make these Pokémon appear, is complete Perrin's Quest, including catching the Bloodmoon Beast in Kitakami during the Teal Mask part of the DLC, so you'll have to fill up your Pokédex in both parts 150 in Kitakami and 200 in the Terarium.
Where to find Gouging Fire and Raging Bolt
After having 200 Pokémon registered in the Blueberry Pokédex, Perrin will show you two pictures with hints about these Pokémon locations.
Gouging Fire
Gouging Fire is Entei's Counterpart. Based on the picture, you can find it near a satellite dish next to a waterfall; this specific satellite is the one across you as soon as you enter the crater. Climb (or fly if you have already unlocked the ability) to get there.
Across the crater from where you start

Gouging Fire

This Pokémon is level 75, is Fire/Dragon type, and has the moves Burning Bulwark, Dragon Rush, Fire Blast, and Lava Plume. Burning Bulwark is a protect move that burns your Pokémon if they make contact during their attacks, and Dragon Rush may make your Pokémon flinch.
Raging Bolt
Raging Bolt is Raikou's counterpart; the picture shows it near the base of a waterfall; the waterfall in question is the one right by where you appear as soon as you enter the crater, fall to the bottom, and you'll find it there.

Raging Bolt

This Pokémon is level 75, is Electric/Dragon type, and has the moves Thunderclap, Dragon Hammer, Rising Voltage, and Dragon Pulse; Thunderclap only affects if you do a damaging attack, and Rising Voltage does double damage if there's an electric terrain.
