How to find Galar’s Kubfu, Glastrier and Spectrier in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Find and catch three of Pokémon Sword and Shield's Isle of Armor and Crown Tundra Legendaries.

In Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, you can catch Legendary Pokémon from previous games after completing the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC and getting their respective Treat from Snacksworth, though not all of them, such as those from Generations 4 and 6 or the main Legendary Pokémon from Sword and Shield, but you can still get some of the ones that appeared on the Isle of Armor and the Crown Tundra; Kubfu is available in both versions regardless of whether you do Solo Blueberry Quests or Group BBQs, while Glastrier and Spectrier require Solo Quests for one and Group Quests for the other, depending on whether you have Pokémon Scarlet or Violet.
Kubfu

Snacksworth mentions Bamboo growing nearby in the story, pointing you toward the Bamboo forest in the North Province (Area Two). Kubfu will be at the fast travel point in front of the Waterfall; it will have the Inner Focus ability, preventing it from flinching or being intimidated; it also has the moves Scary Face, Headbutt, Brick Break, and Detect; Detect will protect it from most attacks, but will fail eventually.

Glastrier

Snacksworth will mention some ruins on Glaseado mountain; these ruins are directly south of the Ice-type Gym; though Glastrier won't be there, it will be near a tree a bit north of said ruins; it will have the Chilling Neigh ability, boosting its Attack for every Pokémon it defeats during the battle; it will also have the moves Iron Defense, Thrash, Taunt, and Double-Edge; Double edge causes recoil damage, so keep that in mind when trying to catch it.

Spectrier

Like Glastrier, the story will be mostly the same: Snacksworth will be climbing in the mountains and finding the Pokémon at some ruins; he'll mention some mountain paths filled with trees; Spectrier will be just outside some ruins above the Dalizapa Passage; it will have the Grim Neigh ability, which increases its special attack for each Pokémon it defeats during the battle; it will also have the moves Agility, Thrash, Disable and Double-Edge; Disable will prevent you from using the last move you used when it comes into effect.
