Beating the Base
Before you can challenge Ortega, you have to go through the base and defeat 30 of their Pokémon in under 10 minutes using the Let's Go feature (Press the R button) on the first three Pokémon on your team.
Most Pokémon on the base will have Fairy as one or their only type, which makes nearly all of them weak to either Poison, or Steel-type.
