Ascend Navia, the president, leader, commander-in-chief, executive director, and lovely, dutiful boss of the Spina di Rosula.
Navia is a Fontaine Character we meet pretty early in the region's Archon Quest as she helps us solve a murder case and a Serial disappearances case; she has an Ousia-aligned Geo Vision and wields a Claymore, though she can also use her Gunbrella.
Requirements for ascension
- Lyney, if you have him for an easier time finding materials.
- Access to the Pale Forgotten Glory domain for Talent Level-up materials (Mon/Thu/Sun)
- Adventure Rank 40 or have finished the Archon Quest Chapter IV: Act V - Masquerade of the Guilty for the Talent Level-up materials after Level 6 (weekly)
Where to get ascension Materials
To Ascend Navia after some level caps, she needs Spring of the First Dewdrops, an item found underwater in the Morte Region, there's about 75 according to the Interactive map, so you'll have to visit other players, or wait a few 48-hour resets.

She also needs Artificed Spare Clockwork Component — Coppelius, a reward obtained after defeating the Nemesis of Coppelius version of the Icewind Suite Boss Fight.

How to get to the Pale Forgotten Glory domain
You can get to the Pale Forgotten Glory domain as soon as you can dive underwater in Fontaine, change your Traveler's element to Hydro at a Statue of the Seven for the first time, and swim in Fontaine's waters, Navia's materials refer to Equity, which are available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

How to Level up Talents over Lv.6
Navia's talents need Lightless Silk Strings to level up above level 6; this item is rewarded after defeating the All-Devouring Narwhal weekly Boss; this boss becomes available when completing the Archon Quest Chapter IV: Act V - Masquerade of the Guilty or through your Adventurer's Handbook if you are Adventure Rank 40 and have yet to finish the quest.
