You can access the Forsaken Rift as soon as you reach the required Adventure Rank; you only need to interact with the entrance. Mona’s talent materials are about Resistance, which are rewarded on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

How to Level up Talents over Lv.6

To level up talents over LV. 6, Mona uses Rings of Boreas; you can get these items after defeating Andrius in the Wolf of the North Challenge, which you unlock after completing Razor’s Story Quest Lupus Minor Chapter: Act I - The Meaning of Lupical, which appears after completing Amber’s Story Quest Lepus Chapter: Act I - Wind, Courage, and Wings and Prologue: Act III - Song of the Dragon and Freedom, after this you can challenge him once every week to get his materials.
