How to Ascend Kuki Shinobu from Genshin Impact

Kuki Shinobu is the second in command of the Arataki Gang; she enjoys being in the gang even though she is the one who has to drag everybody out of trouble; she wields a Sword and has an Electro Vision.

Requirements for ascension

• Gorou in your team if you have him for an easier time finding materials.
• Access to the Violet Court domain for Talent Level-up materials (Tue/Fri/Sun)
• Adventure Rank 40 or have finished the Raiden Shogun's Story Quest Imperatrix Umbrosa Chapter: Act II - Transient Dreams for the Talent Level-up materials after Level 6 (weekly)

Where to get ascension Materials

To ascend Shinobu above some level caps she requires Naku Weed, a plant found all over Inazuma, especially in areas with high amounts of Electro, having Gorou in your team will help you locate them in your minimap.

She also needs Runic Fangs; for these, you need to have unlocked enough of the chasm's map by following the Chasm Delvers Questline to gain access to the Ruin Serpent's Boss Fight; you need the Lumenstone Adjuvant to be on a level high enough to be able to destroy the Oozing Concretions in this fight, but, if you would rather not explore nor follow the World Quest anymore after finding the boss, you can still fight and bruteforce your way to the Materials.

How to get to the Violet Court domain

The Violet Court Domain can be accessed as soon as you gain free exploration in Inazuma; you can get there with the Waverider. Shinobu's materials are about Elegance, which become available on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

How to Level up Talents over Lv.6

Kuki Shinobu's talents need Tears of the Calamitous God to level up above level 6; you can get these after the fight with The Raiden Shogun inside the End of the Oneiric Euthymia domain, which you unlock after finishing Raiden Shogun's Story Quest Imperatrix Umbrosa Chapter: Act II - Transient Dreams, Which requires completing Act I and the Archon Quest Chapter II: Act III - Omnipresence Over Mortals, after all this, you can challenge her once a week for her materials; if you haven't done the Quest, you can still do the challenge if you are Adventure Rank 40.
