- Adventure Rank 40 or have finished the Archon Quest Chapter IV: Act V - Masquerade of the Guilty for the Talent Level-up materials after Level 6 (weekly)
Where to get ascension Materials
Gaming needs Starconches to ascend each time he reaches some level caps; these conches appear on the shores East of Liyue and South of Dragonspine, there are 77 according to the Interactive Map, so you'll have to visit other players or wait a few 48-hour resets to get the 168 you need.

He also needs Emperor's Resolution, a reward you get after defeating the Emperor of Fire and Iron, a boss found in an Underwater Cave in Fontaine.

How to get to the Taishan Mansion domain
The Taishan Mansion domain is submerged; you have to complete a puzzle to open it. Gaming's materials refer to Prosperity, which become available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
How to Level up Talents over Lv.6
Gaming's Talents need Lightless Mass to level up further than level 6; these Masses are possible rewards you get after defeating the All-Devouring Narwhal in the Shadow of Another World domain, unlocked after completing the Archon Quest Chapter IV: Act V - Masquerade of the Guilty; alternatively, you can challenge this Boss through your Adventurer Handbook if you have reached Adventure Rank 40 and have yet to complete the Quest.
