How to Ascend Diluc from Genshin Impact

Diluc is one of the Standard banner characters you can get in the game; he wields a Claymore and has the Pyro Element. Being one of the earliest characters in the game, you don't need to make a lot of effort to ascend him.

Requirements for ascension

• Access to Liyue
• Klee or Mika, if you have them, for an easier time finding the materials
• Access to the Forsaken Rift Domain for Talent Level-up materials (Tue/Fri/Sun)
• Have finished the Archon Quest Prologue: Act III - Song of the Dragon and Freedom for the Talent Level-up materials after Level 6 (weekly)

Where to get ascension Materials

To level up Diluc after reaching certain levels, he needs Small Lamp Grass, which you can find all over Mondstadt, most commonly around forests; Flora sells five of them inside the City of Mondstadt every three days.

How to get to the Forsaken Rift domain

You can access the Forsaken Rift domain freely; you only need to interact with the entrance. Diluc's talent materials refer to Resistance, which are rewarded on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

How to Level up Talents over Lv.6

To level up Diluc's talents over Lv.6, he needs Dvalin's Plumes; to get them, you have to defeat Dvalin in the Confront Stormterror domain, which can be accessed after completing the Archon Quest Prologue: Act III - Song of the Dragon and Freedom after that you can fight him once a week for his materials.
