Electro Regisvine, strategies, weak points, and achievements

The Electro Regisvine is a Boss introduced along with the Sumeru Region; it can be found inside a cave on the East side of Sumeru; defeating it will reward you with Thunderclap Fruitcores and Electro Ascension crystals.

Strategy

Unlike the other Regisvines, the Electro Regisvine’s resistances are way higher, but when paralyzed, will be just as weak as the others; with Electro as its main element, it will resist it the most, followed by Physical damage and then the other elements.

This Regisvine does not keep its Core in the same place. It tends to change it from its roots to its Corolla without needing to change phases, so some of its attacks change a bit depending on where the Core is (Yellow lightning for Corolla and Purple for Roots).

The Core is weakest to Cryo, Pyro, and Dendro, and after being destroyed, it will be half as strong when it regenerates.

Unique to this Boss is a move that summons two small electric balls, one purple and one Yellow. You can destroy them with Electro-related Elemental reactions. Individually, they are not too strong, but if you fail to destroy both, it will cause a massive explosion.

Weak Point

Like the other Regisvines, after destroying the Core at its Corolla once, attacks on its head will deal more damage.

Destroying the Core will paralyze and massively reduce the Electro Regisvine’s defenses. The Core will regenerate later but be half as strong.

Achievements

When Autumn and Dew Meet

Let the Electro Regisvine perform its charged electrical collision.

When it summons the two electric balls, let them cause a massive explosion. The explosion will cover the entire arena and cause massive damage if not avoided, but it will grant you the achievement when it happens.

The Mad Flower at the End of the Road

When the Electro Regisvine emits a beam of thunderous light, paralyze it by attacking its Corolla.

There is a move where it emits two yellow lasers from its vines and a third big laser from its face. Be sure to weaken its Core before destroying it during this attack.
