Cryo Regisvine, strategies, weak points, and achievements
Defeat one of the game's first bosses, the Oversized Mist Flower, who has the same weakness as these.
The Cryo Regisvine is a boss in the East part of Mondstadt, south of the Thousand Winds Temple; defeating it will grant you Hoarfrost Cores and Cryo Ascension crystals.

Strategy
With Cryo as its main element, it is highly resistant to it, as well as slightly resistant to the other elements, with physical resistance being a bit higher than the rest.
This Boss swaps between two phases. The Root phase focuses on attacks coming from its leaves and branches, such as Cryo beams and homing Icicles, spinning at ground level and sometimes headbutting the ground. The Corolla Phase focuses more on the Boss's head, flailing it in a full or half circle, firing a huge Cryo beam from its "face," and headbutting the ground multiple times.
Most damage is reduced while its cores are intact; destroy its cores with Pyro to weaken it; these cores are on its Root and on its Corolla (the "face") during their respective Phase; you can use Anemo, Geo, Hydro, Electro, or even physical damage to destroy the cores, but Pyro is way faster.
You can attack the Corolla Core the easiest when it headbutts the ground, as it stays down for a couple of seconds after the last one, but you can hit it anytime if you can reach it (with a Bow or a high-reaching skill)
Weak Point
After destroying the Corolla Core once, the Cryo Regisvine will receive extra damage when hit on the head.
After destroying each core, the Boss will become stunned for a few seconds and severely weaken its defenses; be sure to focus your biggest damage at those points.
Achievements
Extreme Gardening
Paralyze a Cryo Regisvine by attacking its Corolla.
Self-explanatory: destroy the Corolla Core; the only way you wouldn't have gotten this achievement was if you were so strong you didn't let it change phases.
"Take That, You Overblown Mist Flower!"
Defeat a Cryo Regisvine without destroying its Corolla weak point.
Either defeat it while it is weakened before changing to its corolla phase or keep attacking its roots during the same, but avoid hitting the head. Depending on your team, this might take a bit of your time.
Knockout
Destroy a Cryo Regisvine's Corolla weak point while it is performing its rotary spray attack.
Weaken the Corolla Core during the battle, but don't destroy it. Wait until it releases its huge Cryo Beam attack to hit it and destroy it.

Defeat a Cryo Regisvine in Co-Op Mode.
