Sand Land game release date announced
A new game and an animated series based on the manga of the same name are coming this year.
Bandai Namco has revealed two new trailers about Sand Land, a story from a manga Akira Toriyama made in 2000; first was the trailer for the game, revealing tons of footage about the vehicles that will be on the game, as well as an April 26th, 2024 release date.
Sand Land is a story about the demon prince Beelzebub helping a sheriff in a quest to find a new water source in a land where it is scarce, especially since the King keeps whatever is left of it privatized.
Vehicles can now be customized with paint jobs, decals, and powerful weapons to aid you in battle with style.
To avoid any confusion, they have also released a trailer for the upcoming animated series. The series will have a similar animation style and is set to be released in Spring 2024. It will be available on streaming platforms such as Hulu and Disney Plus. The animated series will cover parts of the plot that were not included in the 2023 movie release, as well as a new story written by the creator himself, Akira Toriyama.
The Sand Land game will release on April 26th, 2024 and will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through Steam; while SAND LAND: THE SERIES will be on Hulu and Disney+, though there is no set release date other than Spring 2024.
