Princess Peach: Showtime! annouced in the Nintendo Direct
Nearly 19 years after the last time she was the protagonist.
Nintendo has finally revealed the new Princess Peach videogame, Princess Peach: Showtime!, it was teased in the previous Nintendo Direct, but at the time, it didn't have a name nor a release date.
It's been quite a while since the last time the Princess got her own game; the last one was Super Princess Peach on the Nintendo DS in 2005, making this one the third game overall with Princess Peach as the main character.
They have revealed everything: the plot, the name, and even the release date.
Princess Peach: Showtime! will be coming to the Nintendo Switch on March 22nd, 2024; the game will be about Princess Peach having to save different performances and their performers in a theatre; she will be able to wear different outfits that give her special moves related to the costume.
So far, we have seen a Swordfighter Peach, Detective Peach, Patissiere Peach, and Kung-Fu Peach. Still, we can see in the trailer that there are two doors, one with a Ninja tool and another one with a cowboy hat, so we'll definitely be seeing a lot of costumes with different abilities for Peach besides the ribbon one, which seems to be the basic one.
