Like a Dragon Gaiden Gameplay Trailer shown in Summer Game Fest
Play as Joryu, a bodyguard with a very familiar fighting style.
During Summer Game Fest, a new trailer was shown for Like a Dragon Gaiden: The man who erased his name.
In the trailer we see how the gameplay is very similar to the original style of combat from the first 7 games (1-6 and Zero) and the use of some kind of special cable to grab enemies and weapons.
Like a Dragon Gaiden: The man who erased his name is a spin-off of the Yakuza series where we see what happened to Kiryu/Joryu between the end of Yakuza 6 and his appearance in Yakuza: Like a Dragon, it will definitely help us understand how Like a Dragon 8's story will develop.
The game will come out this November 9th, 2023, and it will be available on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, and PC via Steam
