Front Mission 2: Remake is coming in October
After being delayed, they now have a confirmed date.
Forever Entertainment has released the latest trailer for Front Mission 2: Remake, and with it, the new release date for the game.
Being announced in February of last year along with the first game's remake, Front Mission 2: Remake is a Tactical RPG where you customize mechs and play from three different perspectives as you follow the story.
It was first set to release on June 12th, 2023, but due to needing more time to add more things to the game, it was delayed to an unknown date until today, when they released the latest trailer, which contains the release date of October 5th, 2023.
October seems to be a hectic month for anyone who wants to buy a few of the games coming out that month, October 5th is also the release date for Assassin's Creed Mirage, but since both games are of very different genres, there probably won't be a lot of overlap, unless Assassin's Creed fans are also Mech TRPG fans.
Even though the original Front Mission 1st: Remake came out for the rest of the platforms, Front Mission 2: Remake seems to only be on Nintendo Switch for the time being, but since the remake of the first game came out first on Switch and months later on the rest, it should be no surprise if we hear more about the game coming out in Xbox, PlayStation, and PC at a later date.
