Assassin's Creed Mirage to become more challenging in future update
This December, you'll be able to play more Assassin's Creed with a higher difficulty.

The official Assassin's Creed Twitter account has announced that they will be releasing two new features in a free update for their latest game this December, NG+ and a Permadeath mode, giving players a chance for a higher challenge.
Though the announcement did not mention a specific date, they at least said that it would be this December. New Game Plus will likely be the same as with any other game that has it: a chance for you to replay the game with all the skills and upgrades you received during your first playthrough, except for things unlocked during the main story.
They'll also add a permadeath mode, which will not be a new difficulty level; it will simply be a new feature that you can turn on at any difficulty; as the name suggests, Permadeath means that you only get one chance to beat the game, if you die with this feature active, you'll lose all progress made.
New Game Plus would be an excellent addition to the game, considering that Mirage is among the shortest games in the franchise, allowing players to replay the story with a little less seriousness, letting fans notice any foreshadowing they might have missed or things that have a different meaning when you have future knowledge.
