Judas trailer revealed during the PlayStaion State of Play
We already had Bioshock underwater and on the skies; now get ready for Bioshock in Space.
Ghost Story Games, formerly known as Irrational and led by Bioshock creator Ken Levine, revealed a new trailer for their upcoming game on the PlayStation State of Play, and though they said that the game will lean more into the feeling of System Shock and other games, the trailer shows that it still feels a lot like Bioshock but in space, which is not bad.
The game has no set release date but is confirmed to come out on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Judas' story seems to revolve around trying to stop a disaster, but it starts at a point where everything seems lost, you play as Judas seeking help from your worst enemies to manage to escape from a disintegrating ship.
It seems that the upcoming game Judas, much like the Bioshock series, takes place in the ruins of a once-thought utopian society that fell into chaos due to some catastrophic event. The player will have to fight against various leaders with twisted beliefs in order to survive. While this may sound like a recycled plot, it doesn't necessarily mean that the game will be bad. The story may follow a familiar formula, but the execution could still be impressive.
