Bandai Namco Reveals 24 Characters for DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO, Goku and Vegeta
As a very on-brand move for the Budokai Tenkaichi games, every character will likely have a separate version for each stage of their life.
Bandai Namco revealed a trailer for "The First 24 Characters of the DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO Roster", which showcased different Battles between Goku and Vegeta with different outfits and transformations, as well as some transformations new to the Budokai Tenkaichi franchise.
According to their site, the list of confirmed characters is as follows:

- Vegeta (Z - Scouter)

*Likely a typo and means Goku (Super) Super Saiyan, but that's how the site shows it.
These are the first 24 confirmed characters, but when looking at the picture, there are a bunch of other characters that were not mentioned, all placed according to their respective Saga, with the earlier characters on the top from left to right and the DBS characters from the bottom middle to the right.
The Budokai Tenkaichi games have over a hundred playable characters, all with different versions, such as Giant Ape versions for all Saiyan characters and, from the looks of it, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO will at least try to include most of them, but counting the character slots in the picture, some might not make it to the game, considering that it will also include characters from Dragon Ball Super.
