A Nintendo Direct was just confirmed to happen this June 21st at 7 am PT, with over 40 minutes of content and more information on Pikmin 4, and that's all that they have confirmed to be there.
Tune in on June 21 at 7:00 a.m. PT for a #NintendoDirect livestream featuring roughly 40 minutes of information focused mainly on Nintendo Switch titles launching this year, including new details on Pikmin 4.

What is likely
It's been a while since the last Mario game and if what the leaker who announced ahead of time what will be there is true, a 2D Mario will be announced, regardless of whether that is true a new Mario game 2D or not, it's a safe bet, other things could be more information on upcoming DLC for some games, such as Mario Kart's Booster Course Pass next wave which is about to be four months from the last wave, or the DLC for Pokemon Scarlet/Violet which is set to release during Fall 2023, but maybe this last one they leave it up to Pokemon to announce it on their own Pokemon Presents.
Unlikely to happen
With The Legend of Zelda released in May, it is safe to assume that there will be no news about any other Zelda or expansion to avoid taking the spotlight away.
The leaker also teased a SNES remake and posted a picture of a Yoshi that appears o Super Mario RPG, which is hard to believe as the original was made along with SquareSoft (now Square Enix) and some of its original characters belong to them, it would be great if they announce that Square Enix is in charge of that, but still seems like a very low chance of that happening.
Wish it would happen
There has been no news about Metroid Prime 4 for a while, but now that the Metroid Prime Remake has been released earlier this year, hopefully they will take advantage of the fact that there are now new and returning fans and release more news about either the rest of the trilogy or the 4th game that has been in development for quite some time.
